Community Wraparound

Butler County Community Wraparound provides service coordination to families of children and youth up to age 24 who have complex needs or unique challenges due to emotional, developmental, behavioral or medical needs. The objective of Wraparound is to work with each family to create a team who can plan and deliver services and supports to families in need. Every family’s team is unique and is made up of the people that know and care about the family the most. Teams consist of informal supports such as friends, family, neighbors, church members and others in the family’s life who wants to help the family succeed.

Pause

Pause offers families of children with physical, mental, developmental, medical, behavioral and/or learning challenges, access to a broad range of support options maximizing the use of community resources and family support networks. The mission of Pause is to walk alongside you, the family, and provide consistent support that is unique to YOUR needs while also partnering with you to grow your natural support. On the current menu of options: Respite, Free Family Fun & Caregiver Network and Resourcing.

The Parent Project

The Parent Project® is a 10-week parent education and support program designed specifically for parents of strong-willed or out-of-control adolescent children.

Why Try

WhyTry is for children ages 12 – 16 whose parents are attending Parent Project. This FREE program helps to answer the question “why should I try in school?” and offers a series of visual metaphors to teach vital social, emotional, and leadership principles.

Parent Project JR. / Loving Solutions

Loving Solutions is a parent-training program designed specifically for parents raising difficult younger children, ages 5-10 years. Also known as “Parent Project®, Jr.,” this program utilizes the same principles found successful in Parent Project® adapted to the needs of younger children.

Help Me Grow

Help Me Grow is a program for Ohio’s expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers that provide health and developmental services so children start school healthy and ready to learn. Help Me Grow provides the building blocks for success for Ohio’s families.

Butler County Partnership to Reduce Infant Mortality (PRIM)

A Butler County collaborative seeking to reduce our unacceptably high rate of infant mortality (death of a child before their first birthday).
